This detail is carried out using Zaino products and accommodates the following process. The first procedure is to apply a warm snow foam solution to the vehicle, we then degrease the doors shuts and wheels arches with citrus de-greaser and clean the wheels with acid free wheel cleaner. The vehicle is then washed with Z7 show car wash. The engine bay is also washed at this stage, using either wet or dry techniques depending on the engine type in question. We then chemically treat and clay the bodywork and exterior glass with Z-18 clay to remove any bonded surface contaminants such as tar and tree sap, which leaves these surfaces feeling perfectly smooth. The next task involves the application of Z-AIO this provides a perfect foundation for the polish. Depending on the paint finish and colour 3 coats of Zaino Z-2 or Z-5 are then applied in conjunction with ZFX Flash Cure, Z-6 is also applied in between each coat. Z-8 Final Spray Seal is then applied to drastically enhance the shine, gloss, and depth in the paint. The Zaino detail is then completed by dressing the tyres and arches, sealing the wheels with Z-CS, cleaning the windows & mirrors, dressing the engine bay, and polishing the exhaust pipes. The whole process can usually be completed in a single day.
